Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized SaifulSham Affiliates, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the SaifulSham Affiliates service. By signing up for the SaifulSham Affiliates affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1) Linking

After you have enrolled as an afflilate, you can provide one or more links from your site to our site. We will provide you with special link formats designed for tracking and reporting for all links between your site and our site. You will be solely responsible for properly utilising the link formats. We do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect use of the special links / link formats and therefore we shall not be accountable for any loss of fees as a result of your errors.

2)Termination.

We may terminate your account:

(a) if you violate our Terms Of Service Policy; 
(b) promote list in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate; or 
(c) for any reason, in our sole discretion.

3) TERMS.

You agree:

(a) to use our system in a manner that is ethical and in conformity with community standards; 
(b) to respect the privacy of other users (you shall not intentionally seek data or passwords belonging to other users, nor will you modify files or represent yourself as another user unless explicitly authorized to do so by that user); 
(c) to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property. 
(d) to accept commercial emails from us.

4. Commission Schedule

You will earn an affiliate referral fee of MYR 50 which is payable to you after the end of each month provided that the commission owed is more than MYR 20.
